“To ask the Chief Executive to provide an update on the status of the three vacant crèche sites in Lusk, (1) the Forge development, (2) Lusk Village development and (3) Rahenny Park development, where planning permission was granted but no construction has commenced, to outline the specific planning conditions attached to the delivery of these crèche facilities, to also outline any enforcement action, investigations or compliance checks that have been initiated in relation to their non-delivery and if no notices have ever been issued, what actions the Council intends to take to investigate this matter?”
