“That this Committee recommends that ‘Not for Profit’ Childcare Facilities be provided in all mixed tenure developments on publicly owned land in this Local Electoral Area given the demographics and tenure of such developments and the need for these facilities to be provided to support young and struggling families moving into the areas.”
