“That this Council adopt a rights’ based Ethical Procurement Policy, (EPP), making certain that every endeavour is made to ensure that Council tender processes are consistent with the principles of the UN guiding principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD, Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the Global Sullivan Principles (1999).”
