“That the Chief Executive provide a report on the ditch between Streamstown Meadow and Clairville Lodge, as a recent planning enforcement report found there was no requirement for the ditch to be left in its original condition or for it not to be infilled.”

The Motion, in the name of Councillor C. Haughey, was proposed by Councillor C. Haughey and seconded by Councillor E. O’Brien.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED. 

Ms. Gemma Carr, Senior Executive Parks and Landscape Officer, Infrastructure and Transport Department read the report into the record.
