“To ask the Chief Executive to provide an update on the engagement undertaken with stakeholders regarding the Executive’s proposed changes to Flavours of Fingal, to provide a schedule of stakeholder engagement to date, including the number of meetings/briefings held, the dates, the format (in-person/online/written submissions), and the categories of stakeholders consulted (e.g. traders/vendors, community groups, sponsors), to summarise the feedback received, including whether it was predominantly positive, negative, or mixed, and outline the main themes/issues raised, what specific changes, if any, to the Executive’s proposals have arisen directly from stakeholder feedback, and what further changes remain under consideration, what is the timeline for concluding consultation, finalising the revised approach, and communicating decisions to stakeholders and the public?”
