“That the Chief Executive give consideration to the implementation of a Local Area Plan for the wider Dunsink area that would evaluate the adequacy of existing and future infrastructures in the adjoining areas, such as road network and permeability, traffic management, schools, community centres, and shopping facility, as well as the overall impact on liveability and wellbeing of residents, in view of ongoing variation plans for housing delivery in this Local Electoral Area.”
