“That the Chief Executive carry out an assessment to determine if construction of a pedestrian footpath between the junction of Jugback Lane and Glen Ellan Road and the existing pedestrian footpath at Jugback Estate, by removing the slope adjacent to the Glen Ellan boundary wall, is a feasible option without requiring land acquisition.”
