“That this Area Committee recommends that the bollards on the cycle lanes between Sutton Cross and Howth, whether the south side of the road where they were "temporarily" removed for resurfacing or the north side of the road where bollards have been damaged, be replaced without further delay.”

The motion, in the name of Councillor D. Healy was proposed by Councillor D. Healy and seconded by Councillor B. McDonagh.

The report was read into the record by James Culhane, Senior Executive Engineer.
