Councillor E. Troy - Dangerous Vehicles in this Council's Parks and Open Spaces

“That the Chief Executive takes immediate steps to ensure that users of its parks and open spaces are safe from scramblers, e-scooters and quad bikes, and ensure that adequate signage and physical barriers are in place to prohibit the entry of these vehicles to the parks and open spaces, also can consideration be given to the need for park patrols, as the presence of these vehicles is increasing daily.”

The motion, in the name of Councillor E. Troy was proposed by Councillor E. Troy and seconded by Councillor G. Sheehan.

 

Following a discussion, the motion was AGREED.
