“That this Council conducts a road safety review of The Hand Junction in Donabate (the junction at the top of Ballisk/Beaverstown Road and the main Portrane Road intersection) as there have been concerns raised regarding this junction for many years with several accidents occurring at this location and for this project to be included in the Capital Programme.”

The motion in the name of Councillor Dockrell was proposed by Councillor Corkery and  seconded by Councillor Kelly.   

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following discussion the motion was PASSED.
