“That the Chief Executive arranges for engagement with Uisce Éireann to agree responsibility for the regular and long-running overflow of sewage from the manhole of the public sewer on public land adjacent to Wildcat Lane, close to the Mourne View Estate in Skerries, as neither party is accepting responsibility.”

The motion in the name of Councillor Ryan was proposed by Councillor Ryan and  seconded by Councillor Boland.   

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following discussion the motion was PASSED.
