“That the Chief Executive ensures priority consideration is given by the appointed consultant to a Tenant Purchase Scheme for existing HSE tenants along Portrane Avenue, as part of the joint HSE and Council St. Ita’s Masterplan process, following the HSE’s response to resolution BSB/629/24 (Item 34b, January 2026 Area B Meeting).”
