“That the Chief Executive provides an update on the taking in charge process of Brookfield Estate, and if it is the developer's responsibility to address residents’ complaints about unfinished road surfaces, unfinished fencing, drainage issues and kerb heights, or will the Council complete these works when the taking in charge has been completed.”

It was AGREED to take Agenda Item 20 and Item 21 concurrently.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED.
