“That the Chief Executive carries out a risk assessment on the impact the opening six cul-de-sacs will have on the community of Fortlawn, as three through roads will exacerbate the problems residents are experiencing with anti-social behaviour, and commits that no further action to open these cul-de-sacs should be taken without data and evidence to show this course of action will not make anti-social behaviour worse.”

The Motion in the name of Councillor A. Donnelly was proposed by Councillor A. Donnelly and Seconded by Councillor P. Quinlan.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following discussion, the Chair Councillor E. Carbone-Mangan then instructed that a roll call vote be taken and on a division the voting resulted as follows:
