“That the Chief Executive write to Irish Rail urging them to favourably consider the alternative plan proposed by Ashleigh Residents' Association to protect Ashleigh green space while facilitating the DART+ West plan and that the Chief Executive engages with Irish Rail in support of this alternative approach during the detailed design phase of DART+ West.”
