“That the Chief Executive report on how major infrastructural issues with ongoing flooding and lack of pedestrian path along Brook Lane in Rush, which are having a detrimental impact on existing residents, can be addressed and to ensure that all future planning permissions along this section of road include conditions for the provision of these urgent measures by developers."

The motion in the name of Councillor Johnston was proposed by Councillor Johnston and  seconded by Councillor Corkery.   

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following discussion the motion was PASSED.
