“That the Chief Executive provide an update on the taking in charge process of Newpark Estate in Kinsealy, detailing if there has been any communication between the developer and the Council regarding cracks in footpaths, eroding of steps, chips on corners of walls, different kerb heights, some kerbs being the same height as the road.”
