“That the Chief Executive write to the Minister for Education and Youth to reconsider the exclusion of the majority of schools in the Dublin 15 area from the Deis Plus scheme, in the context of several areas being classified as ‘Very Disadvantaged’ in the Pobal HP Indices, and the need for mental health supports and more teaching resources for children in these communities.”
