"To ask the Chief Executive if this Council has seen an increasing prevalence of discarded nitrous oxide (N2O) canisters across parks, open spaces and public areas in the county, and outline the number of canisters that have been collected and also the additional funding contribution needed by this Council for the collection, safe handling and disposal of nitrous oxide canisters in the last year compared to previous years and to identify if this is becoming a greater financial burden on Council finances?”
