“That the Chief Executive write to the Minister for Transport to support the recent request by the Fingal West Local Community Safety Partnership, for the introduction of a national registry for scrambler bikes, which would involve compulsory registration at a national level of all scrambler bikes, to assist effective enforcement of Grace's Law by the Gardaí.”
