“That the Chief Executive provides further information on the Council’s understanding of the National Policy Framework for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (20^th August 2025) as it was indicated at the September meeting of this Committee that the policy framework does not appear to provide for a change in the law to permit local authorities to regulate drones with regard to noise, what steps can or have been taken by the Council, in this Local Electoral Area, with respect to: the level of noise, number of drones, number of operators, and number of locations/hubs?”
