“That the Chief Executive provide a report on what enforcement measures have been taken in respect of the drone base which continues to operate from the Coolmine depot (this is despite a notice to cease operations served on the 11^th September 2025) and, in view of this, for the Chief Executive to report on timelines and progress made concerning the setup of inter-group discussions between the Council, IAA, Department of Transport, etc. regarding the development of local enforcement powers and public input as per the National Policy Framework for Unmanned Aircraft Systems.”
