“That the Chief Executive pauses any further progression on the current design of the N3/M50 to Clonee Bus Priority and Active Travel Scheme and enter into meaningful, structured engagement with local residents’ associations, community groups, and all relevant stakeholders, as the overwhelming feedback from the public submissions demonstrates that localised impacts of the current preferred option present unacceptable trade-offs for established residential neighbourhoods in the absence of specific mitigations.”
