The Motion, in the name of Councillor D. Healy was proposed by Councillor D. Healy and seconded by Councillor J. Hopkins.

The report was read into the record by Patrick Wallace, Executive Engineer.

Following discussion, it was agreed the Operations Department will review bollard frameworks with other local authorities.
