"To ask the Chief Executive to report, in tabular format, on the following information as regards planning permissions granted in the Howth/Malahide area since 2002:

-       the reference numbers of all planning permission including provisions for special development contributions under section 48(2)(c) of the Planning and Development Act 2000

-       the public infrastructure and facilities which benefit the proposed development to which the special development contribution relates

-       the amount of the contribution

-       whether the development has commenced

-       whether the contribution has been paid

-       the current status of the public infrastructure and facilities for which the special development contribution is being levied.”
