“To ask the Chief Executive what steps the Council is taking to ensure that approaches to Council-owned housing-stock are accessible to disabled people, including visually impaired people; and if the Council has consulted with and involved Disabled Persons’ Representative Organisations (as distinct from disability service-providers) on the matter in compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Disabled People (Article 4 (3))?”
