“That the Chief Executive engages with the hospitality businesses on Skerries Harbour to explore the possibility of having licensed, appropriately managed hospitality services on the public realm area, directly outside the businesses, restaurants and bars and arranges a meeting to discuss this option, noting that licensed tables and chairs under Section 254 (Planning & Development Act, 2000, as amended) seem to be working well in New Street in Malahide.”

The Motion in the name of Councillor O’Leary was proposed by Councillor O’Leary and seconded by Councillor Murphy.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was read and CONSIDERED and following discussion the report was ACCEPTED.
