“That the Chief Executive provide an update on the Planning Enforcement investigation into builders’ trucks using Streamstown Lane and Carey's Lane that should be using the site entrance on the Malahide Road, signs have remained up for months directing the vehicles and deliveries to use the wrong entrance.”
