“That this Committee requests the Chief Executive to prepare, and bring before the Committee, a full costing of the infrastructure required to deliver the Dunsink Urban Area Plan, including transport, water, wastewater, drainage, school, community and recreational infrastructure and the remediation of the former Dunsink landfill; setting out for each item the estimated cost, the funding secured to date, the funding source anticipated, and the resulting funding gap; together with an assessment of the exposure of Fingal County Council's own capital programme to any shortfall, and of the extent to which delivery is contingent on funding from bodies other than the Council.”
