“That the Chief Executive carry out a Road Safety review to assess the need for traffic calming measures, safe pedestrian crossing and vehicular access from the New Road/Strand Estate junction to the New Road/Main Street Junction in Donabate given ongoing safety concerns of pedestrians and motorists with increasing traffic along this road with residents in new estates accessing the Town Centre via this road.”

The Motion in the name of Councillor Johnston was proposed by Councillor Johnston and seconded by Councillor M. Boland. 

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was read and CONSIDERED and following discussion the report was ACCEPTED.
