“That this Area Committee requests the Chief Executive to write to the General Manager of Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, and to RCSI Hospitals, requesting that parking charges and clamping on the hospital campus be removed for patients attending the Emergency Department, outpatient clinics and scheduled appointments, and for family members accompanying or visiting them, and requesting a written response setting out whether this will be done and by what date.”
