Confirmation and Re-Affirmation of Minutes of the Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart/Castleknock/Ongar Services B (Strategic and General Matters) Meeting held on Thursday the 4th of September 2025 It was PROPOSED by Councillor A. Donnelly seconded by Councillor B. Hanaphy and RESOLVED –
“That the minutes of the Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart/Castleknock/Ongar Services B (Strategic and General Matters) meeting held on Thursday 4th September 2025 be ADOPTED and APPROVED.”

Applications for Community Funding Following discussion, it was proposed by Councillor T. Kitt and seconded by Councillor J. Walsh and AGREED:
“That this Committee recommends that the County Council APPROVE of the Community Funding in the attached report.”

Draft Old School House Masterplan A motion in the name of Councillor John Walsh was submitted
“That this Committee agrees to defer consideration of the draft Master Plan for the Old School House, Clonsilla, to the next Services ‘B’ meeting.”
The Motion was proposed by Councillor John Walsh and seconded by Councillor Angela Donnelly
Following discussion the motion was agreed.

Proposed Play Space at Hartstown Park Mr. Kevin Halpenny, Senior Parks & Landscape Officer, Planning & Strategic Infrastructure Department provided a presentation on the Proposed Play Space at Hartstown Park works to be carried out under Part XI of the Planning and Development Act(as amended) and Part VIII of the Local Government Act, Planning and Development Regulations 2021(as amended). Following the presentation queries were raised by the members which were responded to by Mr. Kevin Halpenny. The presentation was NOTED.
