An amended motion was submitted in the names of Councillor J. Walsh and Councillor A. Donnelly. The amended motion was proposed by Councillor J. Walsh and seconded by Councillor A. Donnelly and AGREED.
The Amended Motion to Read:
“That the Chief Executive commits to immediately ceasing all plans to demolish the four family homes in Fortlawn and instructs the Council to report back to this Area Committee with an alternative plan for development of social housing in this area that fully preserves all four existing homes.’
Following discussion, the Chair Councillor E. Carbone-Mangan then instructed that a roll call vote be taken and on a division the voting resulted as follows:
