ANNOUNCEMENT It was AGREED at the start of the meeting that Councillor C. Haughey would chair the meeting in Councillor A. Tormey absence.

It was then PROPOSED by Councillor E. O’Brein, seconded by Councillor C. Haughey and RESOLVED –
