TSPC/8/22	Confirmation and Re-Affirmation of Minutes of Transport and Infrastructure Management SPC held on 8th March 2023 Minutes of the Transport and Infrastructure SPC Meeting held on the 8^th March 2023, which had been circulated were submitted, APPROVED as a true record and signed. It was proposed by Councillor T. O’Leary and seconded by Councillor J. Guerin and RESOLVED: “That the recommendations contained in the Minutes of the Transport and Infrastructure SPC Meeting held on the 8^th March 2023 be ADOPTED and APPROVED”.
TSPC/9/22	Draft Harbour Bye Laws 2023 The attached report by the Manager which had been circulated was CONSIDERED. Ms Martina O’Connor gave the attached presentation to the meeting. Following discussion, the Draft Harbour Bye Laws, were approved by the SPC to go forward with the Statutory Public consultation from 13^th June to the 31^st July 2023.
TSPC/10/22	Review of Recycling Centres & Bulky Waste Proposal The attached report by the Manager which had been circulated was CONSIDERED. Ms Mary T. Daly gave the attached presentation to the meeting. Following the presentation questions raised by the Members were responded to by the Director of Service. It was proposed by Councillor E. O’Brien and seconded by Councillor J. Guerin that due to the current cost of living crisis, proposed recent increases by Panda and the current Draft National Waste Management Plan a review be carried out on what is being done at national level and that this item be revisited at the Transportation & Infrastructure SPC in Q1 2024. Ms. Mary T. Daly outlined that a further review would be carried out and that reduction of expenditure and income budget would have to be considered at Revised Budget.
