It was proposed by Councillor K. Power and seconded by Councillor E. O’Brien and RESOLVED: “That the recommendations contained in the Minutes of the Transport and Infrastructure SPC Meeting held on the 6^th June 2023 be ADOPTED and APPROVED”.

Ms Niamh Russell gave the attached presentation to the meeting. Following discussion it was proposed by Councillor E. O’Brien, seconded by Councillor J. Geurin, and approved by the SPC for forwarding to the CPG for their recommendation to the Full Council.
