Minutes of the Transport and Infrastructure Management SPC Meeting held on the 5th March 2024, which had been circulated. It was AGREED by the Committee that arrangements would be made for the minutes to be signed by the previous Chairperson of the Transport and Infrastructure ManagementCommittee Councillor Tom O’Leary.

It was proposed by Councillor Butler and seconded by Councillor Quinn and RESOLVED:

“That the recommendations contained in the Minutes of the Transport and Infrastructure Management SPC Meeting held on the 5th March 2024 be ADOPTED and APPROVED”.

A presentation was given by Mary T Daly, Director of Operations, outlining an overview of the committee and a proposed work programme.

A presentation was given by Larry Bergin, Road Safety Officer, Climate Action and Active Travel, on the Fingal Road Safety Plan.

Following discussion the Committee NOTED the presentation.

A presentation was given by Sinead Murphy, Senior Engineer, Climate Action and Active Travel, outlining the role of the Active Travel Unit.

Following discussion the Committee NOTED the presentation.

A presentation was given by Larry Bergin, Road Safety Officer, Climate Action and Active Travel, outlining the STEP UP scheme and Fingal’s involvement.
