SPCH/9/25	Confirmation and Re-Affirmation of Minutes of the Housing Strategic Policy Committee Meeting held on Monday 23rd June 2025 The minutes of the Housing SPC meeting held on the 23^rd June 2025 which were circulated were considered. It was PROPOSED by Councillor M. Boland and seconded by Councillor G. Sheehan and AGREED: “That the minutes of the meeting of 23^rd June 2025 be ADOPTED and APPROVED.”
SPCH/10/25	Review of Differential Rent Scheme An update on the Differential Rent Scheme was presented by Paul Carroll, Director of Services, Housing & Community. Following discussion the presentation was NOTED.
SPCH/11/25	Draft Rightsizing Policy View the background to item SPCH/11/25 DCU Rapid Evidence Assessment Report on behalf of Fingal County Council was circulated to all members in advance of the meeting. Arising from discussions it was agreed by the members to explore the recommendations of the report. An update on the Draft Rightsizing Policywas presented by Matthew Farrelly, Administrative Officer, Housing Department. Following discussion the presentation was NOTED.
SPCH/12/25	Councillor B. Ryan - Code of Conduct for Contractors working on behalf of the Council View the background to item SPCH/12/25 The motion in the name of Councillor B. Ryan was proposed by Councillor B. Ryan and seconded by Councillor M. Boland. Following discussion, the Motion was AGREED.
