The minutes of the  Housing SPC meeting held on the 25^th March 2024 which were circulated were considered.

It was PROPOSED by Councillor J. Burtchaell and seconded by Councillor G. Sheehan and AGREED: “That the minutes of the meeting of 25^th March 2024 be ADOPTED and APPROVED.”

An invitation was issued to all Councillors to attend a presentation by the LDA.  Councillor C. Boland, Councillor A. Donnelly and Councillor E. O’Brien joined the meeting for this presentation.

The presentation was delivered by Phelim O’Neill, Enda McGuane and John White from the Land Development Agency outlining delivery, targets and planned developments.

Following discussion, it was AGREED to circulate the presentation to all members. The presentation was NOTED.

A presentation on the Disability Strategy was delivered by Pauline Burke, Administrative Officer, Housing Department.

A presentation on the Summary of Social Housing Assessments (SSHA) 2024 was delivered by Linda Mc Donald, Administrative Officer, Housing Department.
