It was PROPOSED by Councillor E. O’Brien, seconded by Councillor E. Carbone-Mangan and RESOLVED –

“That the minutes of the Planning Strategic Transport & Infrastructure Development Strategic Policy Committee Meeting held on the 10^th of March 2026 be ADOPTED.”

It was agreed to DEFER this item following receipt of legal advice received from the Law Department.

Mr. Kevin Halpenny, Senior Parks and Landscape Officer and Ms. Emer F. Tierney, Senior Engineer, gave presentations on Major Capital Delivery projects.

Ms. Deirdre Fallon, Senior Planner, Planning and Strategic Infrastructure Department gave a verbal report on Major Studies/LAPs.

Following discussion, the verbal report was NOTED.

Mr. Martin Byrne, Senior Executive Engineer, gave a presentation on Taking in Charge/Building Control.

Following discussion, the presentation was NOTED.

Councillor Eoghan O’Brien requested that an Enforcement Notice/Update be included on the SPC agenda for every quarter. This was AGREED.
