The minutes of the meetings of the 28^th of March 2023, were AGREED.

The minutes were proposed by Councillor D. Healy and seconded by Councillor J. Newman.

Presentation given by Mr Ronan O’Reilly on the update of the plan. which was followed by discussion and questions from the members. Presentation NOTED.

Presentation was given by Joe Hayden and Neil O’Leary, Codema on the Blanchardstown District Heating Scheme. Presentation to be circulated to members following meeting.   Presentation NOTED.

“That the Chief Executive outlines the process through which biodiversity CRMs are responded to and actioned.”

Biodiversity CRMs are directed to the Biodiversity Officer for response and are actioned if required.

Following discussion, it was noted that there are difficulties with CRM items not being reported back to citizens as resolved and also difficulties knowing who to assign an issue to and when an issue is relevant to more that one Department of the Council. It was agreed to refer this issue to the OP&F Committee. Report noted
