The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was CONSIDERED.  The Mayor informed the members the membership of the Committee be confined to one member from each Area Committee.

 

It was proposed by Councillor E. O’Brien, seconded by Councillor T. Kitt:

 

“That Councillor Eimear Carbone-Mangan be appointed to the Fingal Local Community Development Committee.”

 

It was then proposed by Councillor M. Quinn, seconded by Councillor B. Hanaphy:

 

“That Councillor Angela Donnelly be appointed to the Fingal Local Community Development Committee.”

 

It was then proposed by Councillor T. O’Leary, seconded by Councillor T. Leddy:

It was then proposed by Councillor D. Mulligan, seconded by Councillor A. Donnelly:

 

“That Councillor Darren Jack Kelly be appointed to the Fingal Local Community Development Committee.”

 

It was then proposed by Councillor P. Mulville, seconded by Councillor J. Guerin:

 

“That Councillor Joan Hopkins be appointed to the Fingal Local Community Development Committee.”

 

It was then proposed by Councillor D. Butler, seconded by Councillor E. Carbone-Mangan:

 

“That Councillor Cathal Haughey be appointed to the Fingal Local Community Development Committee.”

 

It was then proposed by Councillor G. Maguire, seconded by Councillor D. Butler:

Following discussion, Councillor M. McCamley withdrew her nomination.
